When listing a smartphone, please be sure to check (1) to (3) before responding.
*Please note that depending on the listing method, there is a possibility that the product will be deleted.

If the network usage status is "◯" or "-", you can sell the item. Please list your IMEI and network usage status. Please check the network usage restrictions according to the steps below.

For Android devices: On your device, go to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Google" and select the account you want to delete. Select "Delete Account" from the menu on the top left.

For Android devices: Operate your device in the order of "Settings" > "Security" > "Change screen lock". After entering your current PIN, select "None".
For iOS devices: Operate your device in the following order: "Settings" > "General" > "Reset" > "Erase all content and settings" > "Erase iPhone".
For Android devices: Operate the device in the order of "Settings" > "General Management" > "Reset" > "Initialize to Factory Defaults".
GaijinMall prohibits smartphones with used SIM cards therefore, please be sure to remove the SIM card from the device before listing or shipping it. To remove the SIM card, please refer to the steps below.
For iOS devices: Push the pin into the small hole in the SIM tray on the side of the device. The SIM tray and SIM card will come out, so take them out by hand.
For Android devices: Open the cap on the side of the device and pull out the SIM tray. The SIM tray and SIM card will come out, so take them out by hand.
The "maximum capacity" of a battery is the maximum percentage that it can charge, assuming that it is 100% when fully charged when new. The maximum capacity gradually decreases with repeated charging and discharging. Please check the status of your device using the method below, and select the applicable maximum battery capacity in the selection items in the product information field.
iPhone: Open "Settings" > "Battery" > "Battery Status" on the main unit.
Android: Settings > Device information (system) > Battery items such as "Battery information" and "Battery performance display".
We prohibit the listing of devices and SIM cards that may not be usable by the purchaser, as they may not only cause trouble, but may also be used for crimes or illegal activities. If the secretariat determines based on reasonable grounds that the item falls under a prohibited item, we may take measures such as canceling the transaction, deleting the item, or restricting its use. When listing your device, please write and post proof of your contract status, acquisition route, and IMEI (device identification number), and initialize it to factory settings before listing it.
