A6: Buyers can pay securely through GaijinMall's payment system by choosing from one of our three methods of payments:
1. Credit card payment
2. Bank payment
3. GMpoints payment
Sellers can also request payouts of their sales proceeds to their bank account or convert them into GMpoints (1 GMpoint = 짜1), which can be used for future purchases on GaijinMall.

A7: GMpoints are GaijinMall's internal digital credits. Users can earn GMpoints from sales or purchase them directly. They can be used as a payment method during checkout across the marketplace.(1 GMpoint = 짜1), which can be used for future purchases on GaijinMall.

A8: After the buyer confirms they've received their item, GaijinMall releases the payment to the seller. Sellers can either:
- Request a payout to their bank account, or
- Convert the balance into GMpoints to use for shopping on GaijinMall.

A9: GaijinMall provides transaction protection, a secure payment system, and an internal dispute resolution service to ensure both buyers and sellers are protected from fraud or misconduct.

A10: Delivery depends on what you're buying or selling:
- Sellers usually ship through regular courier or postal services with a registered tracking number.
- Buyers and sellers can also agree on shipping and delivery date.
- For some categories that the shipping cost are unspecified, buyers are advised to contact the Seller to negotiate the cost of shipping before payment.

A12: If you wish to apply for a payout, please complete the procedure from the Vendors Dashboard. The transfer fee is 200 yen per transaction of 500yen to 1,000,000yen. The fee of 200yen will be charged each time,

For sellers: Listing items is free! In some categories. Also a small service fee of 10% is only charged when your item is sold. Also we charge a transfer fee of 200 yen when you request a payout of your sales proceeds.

You may chat on GaijinMall or call the seller via phone if the seller displayed their phone number to confirm the availability of products or services, discuss some details or negotiate about the price.

Add item to the Cart
After you have confirmed with the seller about the condition of the item, add the item to the cart and make payment. The seller will ship your order as quickly as possible.

Leave your feedback about the seller
Feel free to share your experience with the seller: write your feedback on the seller's page. Always be fair when rating or writing reviews about a seller. Other buyers will thank you one day for your fairness reviews.

A18: Sales proceeds from GaijinMall are generally transferred to your registered account by the end of the month when order fulfillments are confirmed. The amount to be transferred is the amount obtained by subtracting two things from the sales proceeds: ``10% Sales fee'', and ``Transfer fee''. A23: Yes, the seller will use a comfortable and secured way to deliver your order when payment is confirmed by GaijinMall, we will immediately ask the seller to ship your order. The seller will update you with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

A24: Your adverts remain on the GaijinMall website up to one year if it is not sold by then, before they will be automatically deleted or until you decide to deactivate them. But Adverts that’s on Paid promo plans will stay until their promo Plans expire.

Please note that you can always update your advert if you haven't sold your item.

A25: To get verified as a real seller and gain trust from buyers. Displaying your business phone number can boost confidence.
Go to "setting" and select Display My Phone number and make Payment. Your Phone Number will be displayed for one year.

1. Take a clear picture of the item you want to sell on GaijinMall. Every advert should contain unique images taken by you without any contact information or watermarks;

2. Add a precise title for each advert;

3. Make sure you add a brief and clear description without any false information about your advert;

4. Make sure you choose an appropriate category for your advert. Pay close attention when selecting categories for Job Hiring and Seeking Work CVs. Employers should choose the "Job Hiring" category for posting vacancies, while Job seekers should choose 'Seeking Work CVs". If you mention the wrong category, we may reject your advert;

5. The prices of your items must correspond to the actual prices of similar products;

6. Indicate correct contact details so that your potential customers can reach you easily. Try to respond to all the incoming messages calls always message back your customers as soon as possible;

7. All posted products and services must be located in Japan;

8. All items and products must be legally permitted (you can check the list of our prohibited items );

9. Publish all items for sale separately. There is a rule: “1 advert = 1 size”;
