1. Definition of GMpoints

GMpoints are digital credits issued by GaijinMall. 1 GMpoint equals ¥1. They are not cash and can only be used within the GaijinMall marketplace.

2. Earning GMpoints

• Users may convert sales proceeds from vendor payouts into GMpoints.
• Conversion is voluntary and must be initiated via the user’s account dashboard.
• Converted GMpoints are credited immediately to the user’s GMpoints balance.

3. Using GMpoints

• Use GMpoints at checkout as a payment option on GaijinMall.
• If balance is insufficient, combine GMpoints with other payment methods.
• GMpoints cannot be used outside GaijinMall.

4. Restrictions

GMpoints cannot be withdrawn, exchanged back to cash, or transferred to another user.

• Valid only within GaijinMall ecosystem.
• Cannot be resold or traded.
• Only permitted uses defined by GaijinMall are allowed.

5. Expiry

By default, GMpoints do not expire. GaijinMall may introduce an expiration policy in the future with advance notice.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for purchases made with GMpoints will re-credit the corresponding GMpoints amount to the user’s balance. GaijinMall may adjust balances in cases of fraud, abuse, or system error.

7. Liability & Risk

• Users are responsible for account security and login credentials.
• GaijinMall is not liable for unauthorized use due to compromised accounts.
• In technical errors or force majeure, GaijinMall’s liability is limited to restoring correct balances where possible.
• GaijinMall can suspend or revoke GMpoints if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

8. Amendments

GaijinMall may revise this policy. Users will be notified of updates via the website or through their accounts.
