This Seller Responsibility Policy sets out the obligations of all sellers who use the GaijinMall marketplace to list, promote, and sell products or services. By creating an account and posting listings, sellers agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws in Japan.

1. Accuracy of Listings

• Sellers must ensure listings are truthful, clear and accurate — descriptions, pricing, condition, and availability.
• Misleading or false information is prohibited.
• Sellers are responsible for updating or removing expired, sold, or unavailable items.

2. Legality of Products and Services

Sellers must ensure their products comply with Japanese law and GaijinMall’s Prohibited Items Policy. Posting illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or regulated items is prohibited and sellers bear legal responsibility for violations.

3. Ownership and Authenticity

• Only list goods/services you own or have lawful rights to sell.
• All images, media, and promotional content must be original or properly licensed.
• Unauthorized use of third-party photos, logos, or trademarks is prohibited.

4. Fulfillment of Sales

Sellers are responsible for timely fulfillment: shipping items, updating tracking numbers in My dashboard → Sales history, and delivering promptly after purchase confirmation. Sellers must follow GaijinMall’s Shipping & Payment Policy and provide proof of shipment when required. Repeated failures may lead to suspension or removal.

5. Communication with Buyers

• Maintain honest, professional communication through GaijinMall messaging wherever possible.
• Handle negotiations, updates, and issue resolution respectfully.
• Abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communication is strictly prohibited.

6. Compliance with Identity Verification

Sellers must comply with identity verification requests (passport, residence card, bank details). Submitting false documentation will result in immediate suspension.

7. Responsibility for Disputes

Sellers must resolve disputes with buyers in good faith. GaijinMall may intervene as a neutral operator but is not liable for dispute outcomes.

8. Legal & Financial Liability

Sellers are fully responsible for the legality and content of their listings and any damages arising from their activity. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless GaijinMall (Spyroxx Company Limited) from claims or litigation arising from seller actions.

9. Enforcement

GaijinMall reserves the right to remove listings, suspend or terminate seller accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent ban.

10. Acknowledgement

By using GaijinMall, sellers acknowledge and agree to this Policy and GaijinMall’s Terms of Service and accept responsibility for their posts, listings, and business conduct.
